I really enjoyed reading Multiple Blessings. I found it hard to put down once I started reading. The only thing I did not agree in this book was the amount of analogies the author used. I thought there were entirely too many. After a while I thought to myself, "Enough already just tell the story".

This book is such a sham! As a mother of twins, I was given this as a Christmas gift. At the time, I was not aware that this family had divorced and that it was a filmed for publicity. The bible versus quoted are taken in vain when you here that this woman says it is too difficult to take her children to church(I manage) and that she has allowed her divorce from her husband to be part of a tv show. I suppose taking lessons from Kate Gosselin on motherhood is like taking lessons from Tiger Woods on fidelity. Please, I hope no one gives me her upcoming new book for Mother's day. Yuck. I read this before the family drama hit the fan. I watched the show from the beginning, before it became a huge deal. I enjoyed reading the book, learning more about the family and the struggles they overcame. I hope the gratitude they have for all those who helped them was sincere.

Great book, well written and a true look into Kate's personality, trials and joys of raising 8 children. She shows a genuine appreciation and love for John and it is a shame that at the present time "the ending" isn't a happy one. God Bless Kate her 8 beautiful "gifts" and Jon who really needs Gods blessings!!
